WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? 

We’ve made our returns even easier. About time, right?

If your Kiwi & Co order isn’t quite right, you can opt for a refund, credit note or a live exchange through our new returns portal, accessible here.

You have 14 days from the receipt to log your return & we do ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Item/s must not be maliciously damaged. This will not be tolerated.
  • Sale items are non returnable.
  • For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on earrings.

For refunds, you will be responsible for the cost of your returns label. However, if you choose to exchange your item, you can do so for free.

The good news is you can now return your order for a refund or exchange in a few easy steps. The bad news is, you’ll probably want to keep everything!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, you should receive approval of your request within 2-3 business days of receipt however, please note, we are a small business and during busy periods this may take a little longer.

If you are exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 7-10 business days after your return items have been received.
