SPRING HAS SRUNG LADIES! The vitamin D hitting our skin has got us feeling ready to be sipping an Aperol (or maybe 3) in a beer garden with our gals. Anyway, to celebrate the well awaited change of the seasons we have got you sorted with your new spring wish list/style lookbook and are showing you exactly how you can style the pieces from our sweet talk’ collection to look like a forest fairy or a Neapolitan ice cream that grew a pair of legs.

Save a Horse, Dress Like a Cowgirl

While Lana Del Rey’s country album Lasso may go down in the books as the most heartbreaking non-release, we are still basing our entire personalities around it this year (again). These Dico boots have been on my wish list for a hot minute (I’m sure I’m not the only one) and are the key to channelling your inner cowgirl princess.

To add the perfect pop of colour our stunning Posie Meadow Cardigan perfectly encapsulates the American ranch girl aesthetic and paired with this adorable Djerf Avenue headscarf (or our Lilly Crochet Hat) you will be sorted for picnic season - all that’s left is some M&S picky bits (and a cocktail tin duh).

Matcha Made in Heaven

I’m sure like the rest of you, we were straight to Adidas’s website today to check out Molly-Mae’s trainer collaboration, which it turns out, are basically our Strawberry Matcha Hugs & Kisses as a shoe (love). I immediately thought about how iconic it would be to drink a strawberry matcha – while dressed as a strawberry matcha.

While we do have the perfect matching Matcha cardigan, we couldn’t miss a chance to show off our gorgeous new Cupcake Hugs & Kisses Cardigan. Paired with a khaki Tankair tank top and the cutest summer lounge trousers from Many Many Clothes (and a Sylvanian keyring of course) your easy, comfy errand outfit has just completely levelled up.

Confessions of a Shopaholic

We’ve all made the mistake of going shopping or trying things on in the fitting room when we are just feeling bleh – and it never goes well. My new hack (I’m a psychologist in another life), is that if you make certain that you’re feeling yourself when you get ready – think bouncy blowout, your favourite gloss and of course a dash of confidence encapsulated in a Kiwi cardi - it can only go up from there.

This look is the perfect balance of cool enough to turn heads with the chic Design by Si jeans, while also being comfy enough to ransack the sale racks to get the best pieces. A non-negotiable when shopping is comfy trainers (Asics are my favourite) and layers, a good jumper (our Pink & Green Darling is perfect), and a top underneath that’s cute enough to wear on its own for when you get struck with the lethal shopping hot flush (we love Named Collective’s baby tees).

Nama-Slay

It’s a well-known fact that when you look and feel good, you’ll workout harder, which is obviously what we’re all striving for now we’re 2 months from Summer (eek), and there’s no better way to dress up your activewear than a Kiwi knit. Whether you’re a Pilates princess or a yogi, our Sweet Pea Pixie is the perfect cover up for the brisk cold mornings and evenings after class, while adding a pop of colour and confidence.

We’ve paired Sweet Pea with the cutest pink Skims baby tee and some adorable pink fold over yoga shorts from Cotton On. Obviously, you’ve also got to have an aesthetic emotional support water bottle to keep you hydrated between downward dog’s and some headphones for your zen playlist (or Work Bitch by Britney Spears, whatever works).
